Complaint was submitted via Web and sent to the company on Saturday 27th February 2016.
Despite multiple requests, via phone, mail, and online dispute, wherein I have reported that a particular item on my report ( XXXX XXXX Bank Acct. # XXXX ) is not mine, Experian has neglected, failed and refused to remove and delete this item or respond to my request for re-investigation pursuant to FACTA and FCRA. Rather, the report merely idicates the item has been " updated, '' meaning that the item " was verified as belonging to [ me ]. '' I continue to dispute this " update '' ( and want to learn more about how they purportedly carried out their alleged investigation and " verification '' ).
