This company, Swiss Colony, is making frequent repeated phone calls using a call center based in XXXX XXXX, XXXX XXXX, to my home asking when a debt I incurred is going to be paid. The calls occur at least XXXX times weekly. ( A record is being maintained. ) I have responded appropriately to the company 's XXXX ( XXXX ) written communiques, acknowledging that I owe the amount due and will pay it by XXXX XXXX, 2015 or sooner, and I have asked the vendor 's representatives to STOP CALLING ME. I have attempted to talk personally to the company 's credit department supervisor but ( s ) he does not call me back. NOTE : Company acknowledged receiving my personal responses but says I " will continue to get these phone calls because they can not stop them ''.
