Complaint was submitted via Web and sent to the company on Wednesday 29th July 2015.
My wife attended a XXXX and still has some debt we have been paying on. Recently a third party contacted us requesting a payment plan or a settlement in full. Finding this kind of fishy we contacted her school loan company ( XXXX ) they informed us the debt had not been transferred to another company. Knowing it was a scam I assumed they would leave us alone. They have now emailed documents to prove there legitimacy which is joke as the debt and names on the paperwork is not accurate. I am hoping to stop these guys from hurting anyone else that might fall prey to their scam.
