Diversified Creditors Services in XXXX, WA has consistently called me at work and my cell phone. They give the mini miranda when calling my place of employment so now they have shared knowledge of collection of a debt with my employer. I also have never received a validation of this debt, just numerous phone calls. I did attempt to call them and they did n't even verify that it was me on the phone. They asked my name, that was all. When I said that I did n't think they were allowed to call me at work the debt collector disconnected the phone call. Based on them calling my employer, not validated any debt and not verifying who i am when discussing a debt I 'm think of getting legal counsel regarding consumer harm.
