I took out a venicle loan in XXXX with Car Finance.XXXX I received monthly statements from them until approximately XXXX, XXXX, at my previous address in XXXX. In XXXX, XXXX, I moved to XXXX and have sent my payment every month since then along with a letter advising of my address change ( see attached letter ). I have also contacted them by phone to advise of the address change several times. To date, I have never received a statement at my new home address. All I am asking for is a monthly invoice to be sent to me, and it seems impossible to get this from Car Finance.XXXX I have delapyed sending my payment in at times as I was hoping to get an actual invoice from them, so I think that any late fees I may have incurred since XXXX XXXX should be refunded.
