I had XXXX and should have been covered. It was due to the hospitals mistake of marking me male, I contacted them as soon as I found the mistake but they said I would have to verify who I was with the XXXX provider. After talking with my XXXX provider, they assured me that there wouldnt be an issue. The hosital continued to say I owed them money and sent it to collections. I was and still am covered by XXXX.
