I have never received any written notice of collection, however, I received a phone call around XXXX about a collection.
I disputed this on the telephone with the debt collector.
I informed the collection agent to get the info in question, since the company I worked for went out of business. The coverage I had was to be paid at the time by the company supplied insurance.
After checking my credit history, I found the collection agency changed the contact info to XXXX without ever contacting me?????
