Complaint was submitted via Web and sent to the company on Thursday 23rd July 2015.
I disputed the account with TransUnion in which TransUnion corresponded that the account with XXXX XXXX is valid. I then requested the description of the procedure used to determine the accuracy and completeness of information, and documents provided by XXXX XXXX Bank regarding the alleged account. TransUnion was unable to produce ANY documentation. My question is how can the credit bureaus validate the alleged account and the creditor XXXX XXXX Bank can not validate the alleged debt?
