XXXX did not apply funds correctly.XXXX stated it would correct matter, would refer to an analysis. instead they discharged my loan. XXXX would not explain why. told debt collection. contacted XXXX ombudsman. they said could not help. went to an attorney, said wait until they put a judgement against you. mean while debt collection wants to garnish wages and take income tax refunds.
