Complaint was submitted via Web and sent to the company on Saturday 25th July 2015.
I disputed the accounts with Equifax in which Equifax corresponded that the accounts with XXXX XXXX and XXXX were accurate. I then requested the description of the procedure used to determine the accuracy and completeness of information, and documents provided by XXXX XXXX Bank & XXXX XXXX regarding the alleged accounts. XXXX was unable to produce ANY documentation. My question is how can the credit bureaus validate the alleged accounts and the creditor XXXX XXXX Bank or XXXX XXXX can not validate the alleged debts?
