I was contacted several months ago to take care of a debt that I owe. I reached a debt settlement. However, I never received a debt settlement letter. I have made repeated attempts to retrieve such letter. I have been told that a letter have been sent out, however, I have not received any such letter. Every month, money is being deducted from my account. However, I am not sure that the debt is actually being paid off.
