Complaint was submitted via Web and sent to the company on Saturday 27th February 2016.
I submit a request through annualcreditreport.com, but Experian will never provide it. Instead I am asked to mail identification and a copy of a utility bill. This is a nuisance. Experian should provide the report to me free and online, as the other XXXX agencies never have a problem doing this through annualcreditreport.com. This happens every year with Experian.
