I contacted the credit collection company, Fidelity Creditors in XXXX CA and talked to " XXXX ", after I faxed and mailed them the Federal laws that state I am " Exempt " from levy's and garnishments and court orders under Title 38-Veterans Benefits Part IV Chapter 52 Special Provisions relating to benefits section 5301 A,B,C,D, and they laugh at me and tell me the will get the money and that I am making it up, that I am not exempt and there is no such law(s) and they will ruin my credit until I pay. I told them to stop all collection procedures because they are ruining my credit for a non-collectible debt. They said, So what ". It will be on your credit until you pay and they do not honor made up laws.
