Complaint was submitted via Web and sent to the company on Friday 5th February 2016.
None of the options above fit my complaint ( had to pick one ). BC Services debt collectors, used my name on a message to get me to call them, and then when I called the representative asked about a debt for some one else, who I do not know! When the representative looked at some info. after I confirmed my phone number, she said there is some information about you. I said what info. and she said I need your DOB. I said I would not give her any more info., as her company called me.
She said, then we will send this in the mail. I said what info. are you talking about. She said, I need your DOB in order to give that info. to you. Again, I said you called me. Conversation ended, and to say the least, the tactics and practice used by this debt collector is not acceptable.
Do n't use my name and then make it sound like you have some dirt on me in order to get me to give you more information!!
