I pay my mortgage every month on time. The Mortgage Company changed addresses and never notified me. My payments went to the wrong address and were forwarded to their office for 4 months, XX/XX/XXXX, XX/XX/XXXX, XX/XX/XXXX and XX/XX/XXXX, before they decided to tell me I was late. They sent me a letter after 4 months and told me to pay 4 months of late payments. They also reported me late for those 4 months. I called and asked about it and he said there was nothing he could do about it. I even spoke to the bank and I have proof the payments arrived on time to their former office from the bank because I pay everything on time.
