I attempted a transfer from GE Capital Bank to another financial institution on Saturday, XXXX XXXX, 2015. I received a confirmation and GE Capital failed to contact me on Monday, XXXX XXXX, 2015, to inform me of an unsuccessful transfer. This failed transfer caused a check made out to the IRS to be returned for insufficient funds. The IRS penalized me 2 % on the amount due and 3 % interest.
