I tried to use my debit card from Etrade at the US Postal Service. It was declined twice with the response to contact Etrade. When I called to inquiry. It turns out that Etrade limits purchases at the post office to less than {$100.00}. I can not purchase, with my money, at the postal service because Etrade will not let me.
