This is a duplicate collection attempt from a different collection agency both from the same service provider. Details about the debt is below : I was unemployed at the time when this debt collection attempt took place. At that time, a local agency called XXXX was providing XXXX for my family during the winter and summer and they have been making payments to XXXX XXXX XXXX to cover my utility bills. I do n't know what went wrong and I was not notified of any issues with my energy assistance that I was receiving from XXXX. I was going through hardship due to job lost. I was receiving XXXX and other other help from the state plus XXXX.
