I 'm contacting your agency to understand why my account with XXXX XXXX XXXX would be transferred to a collection agency and per the letter from the agency account is in a delinquent status. I understood only collection accounts are turned over to agencies for payment. The letter from the agency is dated XX/XX/2015 and XXXX XXXX XXXX has just processed my latest payment to them on XX/XX/2015.Please advise
