I am being harassed by a company called CBJ collections stating I took a payday loan in 2009 of {$600.00}. I have no recollection of that whatsoever, and they refuse to send me any documentation stating proof of debt. They have verbally harassed me with foul language and threatening court. I want all of this to stop ... they have called family members immediately without giving me anytime to call them back. want my name to be removed and to stop passing my name to other collection agencies.
