I have tried to talk to Debt collectors and get this resolved for the past 3 years with no luck. They are not willing to discuss or negotiate with me about the debt in question. I do not feel that I owe anything because the company who placed the debt broke our contract first by their actions in maintaining a safe environment for the tenants. I have also disputed this account with all the credit agencies again with no luck. This collection is ruining my chances or renting a house as well as purchase a home. I need help
