I applied online for a refinance, and the GFE that was generated did not remain the same after I spoke with an agent the first time. On XXXX/XXXX/15, I paid the lock-in fee of {$490.00} for which the agreement said I could rescind it if I did n't yet receive countersigned documents. I rescinded the agreement on XXXX/XXXX/15 because I became distrustful of the process and agent. Plus, I had n't received any documents. I was told on XXXX/XXXX/15 that the lock-in fee of {$490.00} that I paid would be refunded to me.
