AARGON Agency , Inc will not reach out to research this account not consider any of my documents from an ID theft I experienced while living in a XXXX XX/XX/XXXX. I have sent them my insurance card for services rendered in XXXX XXXX and a police report for the ID theft on the XXXX XXXX services while living at the shelter that is also attached to the dispute on my credit report - AARGON said they will NOT look at those documents ... It is real frustrating how these collection agencies can easily attach an unconfirmed account, especially since the new debt collection laws have taken place in the state of NEVADA. Please help me in the matter, I feel XXXX three times over and have the documents to prove that I do not owe this debt to XXXX. I have also sent these same documents to XXXX XXXX XXXX today ( XXXX/XXXX/XXXX ) to the attention of XXXX - whom is the PT Accounts Services Manager. Research and review of these documents you will notice that my name is partially my maiden name and married name ( XXXX ) on my supporting documents.
