I have a promotional credit card with Home Depot. They regularly send me offers and I decided to take out a promotional card offering 0 % interest for a home improvement project. I did this a few years ago and it worked out very well but this time they started charging me interest on what they call a revolving balance. It 's on the XXXX page of the bill with no reference on the first page and it started after months of paying the bill. I feel this is misrepresentative/false marketing and a way to get more interest from consumers.
