i made my monthly payment ( {$60.00} ) to continental finance for my matrix credit card bill. the company claims the that they never deposited the check and it was returned. they also charged me a {$25.00} returned check fee. this is all a lie because i have the copy of the check from my friends bank which shows continental finance deposited and endorsed the check. so they basically took my money, lied and said they never received it, and now charging me a returned check fee. they are also telling me that it will take up to 90 days to resolve the issue and i have to repay the {$60.00} + returned check fee in the mean time.
