I was never informed of my debt though it had been on my credit report for apparently XXXX years. When I XXXX contacted the collections agency they lied and said that they tried to contact me several times. They only contacted my ex husband, who I am NOT in contact with. To contact me then they could have asked my ex for my number, not expected him to contact me instead, in a manor of doing their jobs for them. I can provide XXXX years of phone bills to prove this if need be.
