I got a loan for a vehicle with my son as a co-signer. He moved out shortly afterwards so I had no other income other than the petty cash salary I was making. I notified the loan company via letter that I could not make the one lump sum monthly payment and will need to make two payments per month. They have been calling me, family, and friends ( references ), ( 6 ) six times a day, ( 6 ) six days a week since XXXX 2015. I spoke to them and asked them not to use my references to contact me ( some of which is in other states ). They have ignored my request. I told them if they are not satisfied with how they are receiving the payments come get the vehicle otherwise top calling me about late payments every single day, all day when I work overnight shifts. Now I have to turnmy phone completely off to get sleep..
