Complaint was submitted via Web and sent to the company on Wednesday 8th July 2015.
I tried to get all XXXX free annual credit reports online but was informed that the request could not be processed online. So, on XXXX/XXXX/15, I mailed my request using the completed paper form along with copies of the requested documentation to the XXXX Request Service in XXXX. I requested a report from all XXXX companies. I quickly received my free report in the mail from XXXX. But I never received my free reports nor any other communications from Experian and XXXX. I want those latter XXXX companies to send my free reports.
