I tried to transfer {$140.00} from my CHASE Debit card to my checking account. Chase took the money out of my Debit card, but the money never made it to my checking account. The bank routing and checking numbers were verified and accurate, but there is no trace on this and Chase is not very helpful recovering or helping find lost funds. They put you on hold for 30 minutes or longer, fail to return phone calls, and are poor at following up on complaint.
