Dear Sir, I have submitted a written request to Central Credit Services for the validation of debt. I have yet to receive the information requested in writing. The request was sent on XXXX/XXXX/15 and accepted on XXXX/XXXX/15. Prior to the written request, I have had XXXX verbal communications with the collection agency. I believe that they are in violation in a number of statutes and my credit profile should be expunged of these items.
