Complaint was submitted via Web and sent to the company on Saturday 11th July 2015.
I was contacted in XX/XX/XXXX to file taxes for XX/XX/XXXX. It was my error thought I completed on line. Filed with the Indiana Dept of Revenue ; no written response. Called, got hung up on, left messages no return calls, sent return in again, still no written XXXX from Internal Revenue Service, called again, was told putting hold on account, that did not happen. Got levy on personal bank account, rude people at both the Indiana XXXX, and Premier Credit. Not once contacted by Premier Credit, Indiana XXXX new dispute with amount owed. Claimed I did not send in XXXX and XXXX ; which I did both times. Basically, harassed by both
