Today i contacted Jacob Law Group in regards to a debt they stated that i owe. I spoke with a rep name XXXX. XXXX was extremely rude, told me that i need to stop being like " other XXXX people in america '' and take care my responsibility. She cursed, called me all type of racial names, this is unacceptable.
