This is a XXXX bill of which I have XXXX for the past 15 years. My insurance pays each year. The code used for this XXXX was incorrect according to my insurance. I informed the lab to change the code - they can also call my primary doctor if they need additional information. I have not heard from them for quite some time, so i thought it was resolved. Last month I got a call from a collection agency.
