XXXX WAS WELL AWARE THATXXXX WAS PART OF FTC I.D . THEFT REPORT. THEY PROCEEDED TO SUBMIT THIS CHARGED OFF ACCOUNT IN 2008. THEY SENT TO XXXX COLLECTION AGENCIES WHICH DESTROYED MY CREDIT AND ENDED UP PAYING AMO RECOVERIES IN ERROR OVER {$1200.00} IN ERROR, IN VIOLATION OF FTC, FCRA, FDCPA AND TCPA SO ON!
