Complaint was submitted via Web and sent to the company on Thursday 2nd July 2015.
I received a letter from a company called Key 2 Recovery , Inc. in regards to a debt that I owe. The amount this so called company says I owe is {$5500.00} because of an unpaid student loan with XXXX College.
Now I called this collection agency about this so called amount and they said its for a student loan. Yes I did go to XXXX College, but the money I took out was through FAFSA which deals with the DEPARTMENT OF EDUCATION.
So all the student loans that I owe will be repaid through and to the Department of Education and not through a collection agency. This agency made a mistake by saying that I owe them money that I took out from FAFSA ( which goes through Department of Education ) for my college courses at XXXX College.
