Improperly providing false information on a person 's credit report is a flagrant violation of the Fair Credit Reporting Act and Fair Debt Collections Practices Act. In addition, XXXX XXXX XXXX had previously deleted the derogatory mark from my credit report however they illegally proceeded to reinsert the false information on my credit report.
