Complaint was submitted via Web and sent to the company on Wednesday 8th July 2015.
This agency is puling my credit as a hard inquiry every 30 days causing a drop in my credit each time. When questioning he Manager, XXXX ( refused her last name ) she stated that she can do this once a month. Although I am delinquent on this debt I was told that this was legal. I work for a collection agency and know this is not legal. I am not applying for an additional loan, or requesting additional funds, so there is no a legal reason in my opinion to continue to make these inquiries. The account has been reported as delinquent on he credit bureau report which is fine, as that is a true statement. I disagree with having my credit pulled with out my permission.
