Complaint was submitted via Web and sent to the company on Monday 29th June 2015.
The creditor refused to respond to my request of them to validate the debt pursuant to the FDCPA 15 USC 1692g Sec 809 XXXX b ).
The request I made was on XXXX XXXX, 2015, and to date they have refused to respond. Even worse, they placed this account for collection on my XXXX Credit report. These bully tactics on the part of this creditor are a clear violation of the FCRA & the FDCPA, and serve to only defame my character & ruin my otherwise good name.
The request I sent was sent " Registered, Return Receipt '' and you 'll notice that I have proof that the creditor not only received my letter, but they read it & still refused to respond.
Please help. I have no where else to turn for help.
