Complaint was submitted via Web and sent to the company on Tuesday 7th July 2015.
This debt collector, XXXX previously calls Progresso Fiananciero, calls 5 or more times a day from different numbers. When I have answered and explained my situation they always force me to make a promise payment, and when obviously it is n't kept they note it as a broken promise and pretty much throw it in your face and against you. I 've expressed my apology to failure keeping my loan on track when i understand i commited myself to it, yet they will tell me. " Well you compromised to the loan and your are not complying '' Recently they contacted multiple times my references who i was told were only for reference purposes. They are fustrated with me already. I am facing a nerve breaking point full of stress and i cant do it anymore. Help im tired of their harrassment asking every time why haveny i paid. I explained my grandmother passed away, my mother due to that faced health complications. During this time i faced a cut of hours at my job. To top things we had to leave our home because it did n't comply with city safety regulation. I turned homeless for a short period and they dont seem to understand that.
