The account you 're reporting shows a balance of XXXX dollars, which is grossly inflated. You have also continued to change the available credit line for this account monthly, even though the account was closed and charged off in XXXX of 2011. Your firm has violated ( including but not limited to ) the Consumer Credit Protection Act, the Fair Credit Reporting Act, and the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act. You have communicated and are continuing to communicate Fraudulent information in violation of the FCRA,12 C.F.R. 226.5 ( B ) ( 2 ) ( i ), and I.R.C. I.R.C. 166 ( a ) ( 2 )
