Complaint was submitted via Web and sent to the company on Tuesday 30th June 2015.
This debt is not mine and has previously been removed from my XXXX Credit report. This company " North American Recovery '' continues to keep putting this collection account on my credit reports even after the have failed to provide proof this account belongs to me. In fact they have deleted the collection account on my XXXX credit report then they resubmitted it on my XXXX credit report. I disputed it on XXXX credit report, but XXXX stated it was verified by North American Recovery but XXXX companies have failed to show how it was verified and refuse to show proof this disputed account belongs to me after several attempts of requesting the information. These companies need to be held accountable for their false reporting of collection accounts. I am requesting North American Recovery provide proof this collection account is valid and belongs to me. I request they provide me with a document bearing my signature showing I am the responsible party for this debt. When they fail to provide such information I request this false collection account be IMMEDIATELY DELETED from my XXXX credit file until such document can be provided bearing my signature showing I am responsible for this debt. This companies continued actions has cause severe damage to my credit rating without providing me any document bearing my signature showing I have agreed to pay this debt or that this debt belongs to me. They have verified this account as my account with XXXX on XXXX XXXX, 2015 and failed to provide me proof how this collection account was verified to be mine. If North American Recovery denies this I can down load proof they are liars because my ( XXXX dispute confirmation number is # XXXX ) and North American Recovery needs to be held responsible for the damage they have caused to my credit rating. I am demanding this collection account be deleted from any and all XXXX of my credit files where it is listed XXXX.
