I never received any notification of legal action being taken and that was taken. The case information is from XXXX, Wisconsin, XXXX XXXX Case Number XXXX.
Apparently the party that took me to court was Equable Ascent Financial LLC,XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX XXXX IL XXXX. I have no idea who this is, what its for and why I never received any type of notification at any time!
