Voss & Klein are reporting a collection account on my credit report, that has not been validated. I have never received any letter which gives me XXXX days to dispute the validity of their claim. Under The Fair Debt Collection Practices Act, I 'm suppose to receive a letter from Voss & Klein that gives me the right to dispute this claim before placing the item on my credit report. Voss & Klein says the original creditor is XXXX, I contacted the original creditor and requested a copy of a contract, or credit application with my signature, which I never received. I only received a copy of a billing statement with an address I never lived, and XXXX phone numbers that do not belong to me.
