I am not the person that owe this debt. They are contacting me on my work number and leaving a message on my voicemail ( where I say my name ). However, they state the person 's name they are trying to collect the debt from in the voicemail. I believe this is breaking soem sort of privacy protection laws under the FDCPA by leaving a message about someone 's debt on a voicemail that clearly does not belong to that individual.
