We opened a Savings Account at Astoria Bank, XXXX NY on XXXX XXXX, to the amount of {$250.00} on my husband 's account and my account we were informed that if we would add an additional {$2500.00} for 90 days we would be eligible for a bonus of {$250.00}. After the 90 days we did not receive the promised bonus, we went down to the bank and they promised that within a week we should receive our bonus, since then they have been giving us the run-around, and we have not received anything.
