All of a sudden they have quit taking calls and e mails and will not offer any assistance. They have another company doing there billing now but not services. I am being charged XXXX points over the intrest rate I signed for. I asked to have my loan refinaced for a lower intrest rate and they can not do it at this time because of money issues????? I call XXXX number and get someone on a cell phone...
