I have tried for several years to get access to my free annual report from Equifax. Each time it fails and they do not allow me access to my credit report. If I go to a paid site I am easily able to obtain my Equifax credit report information. Equifax is illegally stopping me from getting my free credit report and has done so for years. The other XXXX reporting companies have no problem with providing my report only Equifax and only when it is free.
