Complaint was submitted via Web and sent to the company on Wednesday 17th June 2015.
Mars INC. Representiave contacted my Aunt XXXX XXXX on XXXX XXXX 2015 and by voice mail informed her that XXXX would be meeting me to discuss my debt with them. On XXXX XXXX 2015 My Aunt was contacted by the same person again, again another voice mail was left asking if she had gotten in contact with me and for her to call me to call her. I contacted MARS INC at my earliest convience which was three hours later due to the fact that i currently am an active duty soldier XXXX. When i Finally got through to the company i was verbally assualted and told i was breaking the law by not paying my bill. i told XXXX that i have done some research on the consumer protection act and it states that you XXXX can not call the same family members more than XXXX and XXXX you can not leave voicemails telling family members to get in touch with debt collectors and she had such broken XXXX rules. She told me this was not true and she could " call anyone she wanted '' to try and get a hold of me.
