My husband and I filed for bankruptcy in XXXX and was discharged in XXXX. In our bankruptcy was an account with XXXX. Recently, Old National Bank bought out XXXX and acquired all of their accounts. We checked our credit in XXXX of XXXX and there was no claim on our report for Old National Bank. We checked our credit report again in XXXX XXXX and Old National Bank was reporting on our credit as a bankruptcy discharge. By them doing this, it has dropped our credit score by XXXX points. We have never had an account with Old National Bank and were already penalized XXXX by XXXX XXXX back in XXXX for this account. We are being penalized again by Old National Bank for an account we never had and that is over XXXX years old.
