They garnished my bank account with XXXX XXXX XXXX in XX/XX/XXXX of this year and I had to contact the XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX order processing. XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX and the Legal Levy Department Regarding to Reference # XXXX. I did file another complaint with your agency before and I though this matter was taken care of and the bank was able to remove the restriction and restore my account. H. Kent Hollins, sent me by mail a form regarding to the debt. And then filed another garnishment against my account on XX/XX/XXXX. The bank is informing me that even though this is fraudulent, they are under the order of the collection agency, until this matter is resolved. This collection agency is very aggressive and they are not conducting their services in professional manner by refiling again.
